I’m often filtering inspiration in all forms when I explore concepts and subjects present in my work. Sometimes it’s cracking my window to listen to the sounds of the forest. I might be studying - reading, writing, taking in podcasts or audiobooks - further immersing myself in subjects. Other times, it’s switching my sound machine on and listening to campfires at the ocean. Or, curating music to match the tune I imagine embedded within a collection.
